Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern Your access to and use of the website, services, programs, coaching sessions, workshops, courses, digital resources, and related offerings provided by Coaching College Life Studio LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our").

By accessing Our website, scheduling a consultation, purchasing services, enrolling in programs, attending coaching sessions, or otherwise using Our Services, You agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into a binding agreement with the Company.

Students under 18 may participate in Services with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

By using Our Services, You represent that You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
 

Nature of Services

Coaching College Life Studio LLC provides:

• College readiness coaching

• Academic planning

• College application support

• Student success coaching

• Career exploration guidance

• Educational consulting

• Parent coaching and support

• Workshops and educational programs

• Digital educational resources
   

Services are provided both:

• In-person in Northern New Jersey; and

• Virtually throughout the United States.
   

Educational Coaching Disclaimer

The Services provided by the Company are educational and informational in nature.

We do not provide:

• Legal advice

• Financial advice

• Psychological counseling

• Mental health treatment

• Therapy

• Medical advice

Participation in coaching services is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, psychiatric, psychological, or educational services.

No Guarantee of Results

We strive to provide high-quality coaching and guidance. However, We do not guarantee:

• Admission to any college or university

• Acceptance into any academic program

• Scholarship awards

• Financial aid outcomes

• Academic performance improvements

• Employment opportunities

• Career outcomes
   

Success depends on many factors beyond Our control, including individual effort, academic performance, institutional decisions, and market conditions.

Any examples, testimonials, or success stories are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar results.
 

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Participate actively in coaching sessions

• Complete agreed-upon action items

• Meet deadlines related to applications or programs

• Maintain respectful communication

• Use Services for lawful purposes only

You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information provided during coaching sessions.
 

Student and Parent Participation

For students under 18:

• A parent or legal guardian may be required to consent to participation.

• Parents may be included in portions of the coaching process when appropriate.

• Confidentiality may be balanced with parental involvement and applicable laws.

The Company reserves the right to determine appropriate communication practices regarding student participation.
 

Scheduling and Attendance

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments on time.

Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.

Repeated missed appointments may result in termination of Services.
 

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

The Company reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, illness, or circumstances beyond Our control.

Fees and Payment

All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Payment may be required:

• In advance

• At the time of booking

• According to an agreed payment plan

The Company reserves the right to suspend Services for overdue accounts.
 

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:
 

Coaching Sessions

Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.

Coaching Packages

Unused portions of prepaid coaching packages may be eligible for partial refunds at the Company's discretion.

Digital Products

Digital products, downloadable resources, templates, guides, recordings, and online materials are non-refundable.

Workshops and Programs

Refund eligibility for workshops, courses, or programs will be governed by the specific refund policy associated with that offering.

Intellectual Property

All Content provided by the Company is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

This includes:

• Coaching materials

• Worksheets

• Workbooks

• Guides

• Templates

• Videos

• Presentations

• Course content

Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use Content solely for personal educational purposes.

You may not:

• Copy

• Reproduce

• Sell

• Distribute

• Modify

• Publish

• License

• Share with third parties

without prior written permission.
 

Confidentiality

The Company respects client confidentiality.

Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential except:

• When disclosure is required by law;

• To prevent harm to an individual;

• To investigate fraud or illegal activity;

• When authorized by the client.

Because coaching is not a licensed therapeutic relationship, communications are not protected by attorney-client, physician-patient, or therapist-client privilege.
 

Session Recordings

Coaching sessions will not be recorded without prior notice and consent.

If recordings are made, they remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws

• Harass or abuse others

• Interfere with Services

• Upload malicious software

• Misrepresent Your identity

• Use Services for fraudulent purposes

The Company reserves the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms.
 

Third-Party Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

The Company is not responsible for:

Disclaimer of Warranties
